Raw Food Holiday

Relax and share your raw food passion in an earthly paradise.

This is primarily a week of sharing and fun! A chance to relax in the sunshine in this beautiful wild place, swim AND be with like "raw food minded" people.

Whether you are eating a high raw or an all-raw food diet or would just like to eat more raw food and are looking to connect with other people who are eating in this way, you'll find a welcome here.

Some of us are likely to be eating significant amounts of, or all raw food, but there’s also the possibility of supplementing raw food with some cooked food, particularly if you're new to raw, or just curious about it.

All food will be vegetarian.

 

Every morning there will be Chi Kung in the early rays of sunlight for those that would like to take part.

Then breakfast followed by a morning sharing circle and discussion of the days practicalities.

There will be plenty of time to laze by the pool soaking up the sun and the magnificent views of the mountains and there are great walks from the front door, it's a fabulously relaxing environment.

There will be opportunities to visit the local town to help with the shopping (lots of local grown fresh fruit and vegetables available! ) and trips to the beach a mountain village and the stunningly beautiful city of Granada are all possible (for a modest additional charge).

 

 

In the evenings, we will take turns to prepare the meal, and we’ll make sure there’s food that suits everyone. If you’re new to raw food, or feel hesitant about preparing food for a group of people, then there will be help on hand.

Massage and Energy Healing treatments will be available and charged separately.
