Be part of everyday life here for a few days
This time is an opportunity to visit on a flexible basis and stay for a few days, either on a short holiday or before or after joining a group.
You can suit yourself, laze by the pool, take a walk in the mountains, or do whatever else appeals (see 100 holiday suggestions).
Meals will happen spontaneously and be delicious. Prepared by whoever has the talent and inclination at the time (At least one such person will always be on hand, which may or may not be a guest).
It all comes together to make a wonderful relaxing, enlivening holiday in these fabulous surroundings.

Accommodation will usually be in shared rooms. A single room may sometimes be available at a 50% supplement. Cost is just £25/day (min 2 days) + food at cost (allow £10/day)
